If you're thinking that she looks a little strange here, that's because this is an old picture I drew of Krystal the way she looked before the Starfox name was put on the game.
Also, this is the first picture I'm submitting that came from my camera. (Cause it was WAY too big to scan) So that's why it looks kinda dark and blurry. Still turned out okay though. You should have seen what it looked like BEFORE I changed the brightness and contrast.
I SWEAR I saw this picture when I was like, 5 years old and Dinosaur Planet was still in the magazines. Someone had drawn it on a letter sent to Nintendo Power (back when they were cool), and I remember wanting to play Dinosaur Planet SO badly.

Nintendo has ALWAYS owned the StarFox characters, seeing as how it's one of their exclusive series of games, and the protagonist, while not as popular as Mario or Link, is a Nintendo mascot.
It's just that it was at first Dinosaur Planet, an original game for the N64, and Nintendo had Rare changed it into a StarFox game for the Cube because the N64 was at its end. So the original did not involve them. Now, though, the new Krystal is a StarFox, and thus a Nintendo character.

Unfortunately Nintendo owns the starfox characters now that rare has switched to microsoft...
Awesome job tho.
Yeah, the design really changed. While I like the new Krystal and all, it would of been nice to see a less sex-appeal heroine.
